Hello I am Najeya, the founder of OALA and a mum of two daughters, with a love for creating homes that feel both functional and nurturing. My journey began over 8 years ago when I started a cleaning business, which soon expanded into managing Airbnb properties. Along the way, I developed a strong reputation for organisation, attention to detail, and helping households run with ease.

After recently living abroad in the USA with my family, I took time away from business to be a full-time stay-at-home mum. This experience gave me a deeper understanding of the challenges many families face—especially those with busy, hard-working, or traveling parents. It was during this time that I found the inspiration and passion to create a business that supports modern families, helping them manage their homes with balance, structure, and ease.

Now based in Melbourne and with a completed qualification in interior design and home styling, I combine my professional experience with my passion for helping families. Through services like household cleaning, organising, childcare, meal preparation and errand running, I support busy households in creating more balance and ease in their everyday lives. Alongside this, I bring my love for home styling and design.

My goal is always the same: to help families create a home that functions seamlessly, feels warm, and provides a sense of calm amidst busy lives.
